St. Albans – Forest Town Nottingham
This system was part of the church renovation project. Again we were asked to provide a discrete pa system that offers good clear speech and can be used for recorded music and live instruments too.
Their previous system was column speakers and an old amplifier system.
We installed six speakers, covering the church. Each one was controlled by a speaker management system to ensure the best results are achieved and giving long life to the system and preventing damage from misuse.
We also provided new Multi–core and all the other parts of the system necessary.
On this project, like many others, we worked alongside teams of local contractors to get the project completed on time. On this one, we would happily recommend the main electrical contractors JKE installations and Frith Moxon Architects.

We installed a flat boundry microphone at the alter to pick up people speaking. The mic has a very wide pick-up area, making it great for the job. The mic also has a on-off switch so it can be muted if needed.

At the Reader point, we also installed a new microphone to pick up sound better than their previous dynamic microphone.

The Mixer and amplifiers were installed in a lockable rack case where the mixer can be tilted up during use to make it easier to see.
